Non Material amendment to original planning consent 17/01528/OUT - Minor re-wording of Condition 3 to enable commencement of foul pumping station and electricity sub-station within Phase 1 of the development.Amended condition to state;With the exception of the construction of the foul pumping station and electricity sub-station within Phase 1 of the development (completed in accordance with 'Sub-station proposed works' document by Taylor Wimpey dated 20/10/2023), prior to any site clearance, excavation or preparatory works for each phase including the removal of any vegetation, top soil or trees or translocation of species, a Strategy for Pre-Commencement Works shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority setting out a schedule for all pre-commencement works including timings of mitigation measures, tree protection and site inspections. This shall cover as required:- Tree works,- Ecology,- Archaeology,- s278 works / access works,- Drainage / utility works.Pre-commencement works shall be carried out in accordance with these approved details.
