Replacement of existing 1st-floor side elevation window to number 18 East Woodhay Road with a slightly larger opening window to increase ventilation. A garage links the houses, number 18 and number 20. The window to be replaced is at number 18, it is above the garage and looks onto the side wall of number 20. Number 20 has a similar window over the garage, from an internal stairwell, which is already larger and opening. The two opposite windows at numbers 18 and 20 are staggard by about 1.8 meters and it will remain impossible for either household to view into the window of the other. The replacement window at number 18 will give no greater view to the garden of number 20 than is already provided by existing windows to the rear of number 18.
