Variation of Condition 2:There have been some minor changes to the finishes and roof detailing (omission of parapets to flats roofs), also the omission of one of the side window (Building Regulation requirement). The applicant would like to amend dormer roof extension (office) to the full width of the main roof dormer.Condition 2 lists the plans associated with the consent - we wish to substitute the consented plans with revised drawings, reflecting the changes to the finishes (cladding), window styles, removal of flat roof parapets, and widening of dormer roof extension.
