The proposal consists of a Single Storey Rear extension added to the main dwelling at 3 Manningford Close in Winchester. The implied extension is to be finished in render and brick to match de existing, as indicated in the drawings attached to this application. Spatially, this scheme aims to extend the exiting Study into the garden, thus providing a clear separation between the work environment and the proposed space that can be furthermore used for entertainment as well as relaxation along the scope of the spaces that its either continuing (Study) or flanking (Kitchen and outside decking). The fenestrations proposed for the extension are to match the existing in finish and complement the volume in proportion.
