Description

The tree is a small one close to the house as shown on the plan and marked number 1. This is the only one on which we are applying to do work. Not certain of the variety, but perhaps a flowering cherry? It has one rotten branch which overhangs a path and which we would like to remove altogether (see photo 2). We would also like to prune the rest of the tree back to the previous pruning points (see photo 1).I am a flat owner applying on behalf of the Management Company which consists of all the owners of the five flats at 54 Hyde Street.
