(Non Material Amendment to original planning application 20/02399/FUL) This application relates to 'Plot 2 Gaywood': non material amendment to change the outer construction material for the main house and the garage. In the original planning drawings listed below, the house and garage are shown with red brick and timber cladding, and clay roof tiles. However, for the house we would like to use red bricks (Wienerberger Topaz) only with no timber cladding, and natural grey slate for the roof instead of clay tiles.
