Conifer: Cryptomania Japonica (aka:Pyramida). There are three along the bank adjacent to Church Street, with a fourth on the corner of the entrance to the parking area in front of Micheldever Village Store. It is this one that Mata Annapurna Ltd, who own the shop and land on which this tree sits, wish to fell. It obscures the shop from Church Street when looking South along Church Street. Its removal would increase the visibility of the shop and is likely to increase passing trade.
