NMA to planning application 20/02729/FUL - a) Change description of development to delete reference to "sub-market rent" to read as shown below. 1. Erection of additional residential accommodation comprising 32 shared ownership apartments and 41 apartments within two five storey apartment buildings and three shared ownership two storey dwellings. 2. Re-landscaping of site to provide pocket park and parking. 3. Upgrading of entrances to existing blocks. b) Amend S16 of the original application form to remove reference to 41 flats as Social, Affordable or Intermediate Rent. The rents to be charged will be determined by the landlord and while likely to be market rents, may be less that that. As noted in the planning officer's comments elsewhere on this form, the other housing provided as part of this development will meet planning policy affordable housing requirements.
