Description
The tree in question is a Goat Willow. Ref: T1It is a "blow in" now grown large and suffering from BASAL ROOT DECAY. It has grown near our old Victorian garden wall (brick and flint). The tree growth is beginning to weaken the wall and cause damage, undermining the wall's stability. We have consulted a tree surgeon and he has advised that the tree should be removed completely.
