Description

Replace timber central sash windows and fixed side lights to both front facing bays. To be replaced with u-pvc sash and fixed windows to modern standards. First floor elevation the existing 6 over 6 sash windows are to be replaced with u-pvc of a similar style. Ground floor timber door and hidden fanlight are to be replaced with new u-pvc units in keeping with the replacement windows.
