Request to provide a formal EIA Screening Opinion from the Local Planning Authority under Regulation 6 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (the ‘EIA Regulations’) to determine whether the construction of a new factory building at the Cereal Partners manufacturing site in Staverton, Trowbridge constitutes ‘EIA development’ (as defined in Regulation 6 (2)).
