Description
1. Yew trees (x3)- Reduce the tops by approximately 25% and thin lightly. This is to allow the client to get more sunlight into the garden toencourage more plant/grass growth. This will also give the client a better view of the Church without mis shaping the trees. 2. Sycamore (x1)-Fell- This tree has been previously pollarded but has put on a lot of re growth which is causing excessive shading and notallowing any sunlight into this part of the garden.3. Copper Beech (x1)- Reduce by 20%-25% and crown raise by 3m- This is to allow more sunlight into the garden as well as keeping themature tree from getting to big. The lower branches are obstructing pedestrian access into the garden. 4. Ash (x1)- Fell- This tree is part of the woodland and has a large and deep cavity which is rotting at the base which could cause it to fail. The client has informed me they have a private planting scheme across the North end of the property (part 5 on the map) which incudes planting long sections of hedging as well as individual and groups of native trees including Oak and Beech.
