Description

Discharge of condition 3 fire escape staircase of planning application PL/2025/03079 (Replacement of existing external fire escape ladder to rear of single storey extension, with external stairs for emergency egress off flat roof; replacement of existing galvanised walkway across flat roof with guarding (railings) to parapet of single storey extension; new internal fire escape stairs from 2nd to 1st floor, then out onto flat roof to replace the internal vertical escape ladder; lowering of cill to window to 1st floor to allow fire escape onto flat roof; other changes to doors; new flat roof covering (replacing bituminous felt) & insulation with increased falls; improved drainage to single storey rear extension; infill of external materials; and changes to rainwater goods. .
