Description

Resolve head height issues and better use the space within the 1.5 storey existing rear extension by raising the existing ridge to make it a two-storey extension, in-keeping with the rest of the house. It is also proposed to remove the existing, mostly unused south-westerly facing balcony and adding a balcony to the proposed south-easterly face, giving them views over their own land. Replacement of dilapidated render, in a colour through render. Changes to windows and doors.
