Description

New single storey Extra Care Unit and separate bin store. The Extra Care Unit will provide four self contained units suitable for single or double person occupancy. The residents will live independently but have the support of the adjacent care home staff as required. The unit will also provide a communal lounge area and landscaping which will link it into the grounds of the main care home.
