Ground and first-floor windows refurbishment & re-decoration, reclaiming of late-Georgian fireplace and hearth stone with surrounding timber floor alterations in the south-facing rear bedroom on the first floor, removal of boarding on the window on the rear staircase leading from the ground floor for the first floor, re-arrangement of internal layout of the second floor with new staircase layout with alterations to the balustrade and new lightweight studwork partitions to bedrooms.
