Remove an existing single-glazed 1980s casement window on east elevation and replace with casements in hardwood-framed (sapele), conservation double glazed. Removal of an array of non-opening uPVC windows on east elevation and an uPVC external door; retain the existing mid-height wall, installing above it an array of hardwood-framed casement windows (double glazed), and a hardwood-framed door (upper part double glazed). Installation of internal fixed-pane stained glass window on first floor. Installation of 3 conservation roof lights on north and east roofs. Plastering over ground floor dining room brickwork. Surface-plastering of existing single single-skin plasterboard dividing wall located on second floor.
