To draft proof and overhaul sash windows in property, and one total replacement of casement window and frame. 11 sash windows, some for draft proof and repair, some for partial sash replacement/ cill replacement due to extensive damage, rot and previous low quality fixes. All windows included in scoped will be fully repaired, returned to full working order and draught proofed as detailed.
