Demolition of existing inefficient and uninsulated workshop structure (walls and roof) and erection of a new purpose built outer envelope structure, to modern standards to improve the working environment for staff at the garage and provide opportunity to employ additional staff in the long term. Existing concrete workshop floor with inbuilt vehicle lifts to remain in situ.
