(Each PV panel will protrude no more than 200mm from the plane of the roof, will be positioned more than 1000mm from the edge of the roof and no part of the equipment will protrude beyond the ridge line. The proposal is therefore compliant with Class J of Part 14 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015.)
