Description

External re-pointing of the stone walls, carefully remove the cement type render from the blocked door opening on the east elevation, then re-point the brickwork underneath as necessarily, afterwards re-render it with appropriate lime based render. Spot replacements of stones on the side wall and tiles on the roof also will be carried out, where the new elements will match with the existing features. Front and back doors will be replaced and the rear dormer window and its cladding / roofing will be refurbished.
