Description

Remove tiles, and carefully set aside for re-use, remove and dispose of existing felt & batten. Reuse existing plain tiles and replace any damaged tiles from local reclamation yard to ensure colour match or renew with handmade clay plain tile. (colour to be agreed.)Refurbish chimney to rear elevation, renew lead flashing and repointing where required using lime mortar mix. Renew guttering to front & rear elevation in cast iron, painted black gloss. Renew Fascia & Soffits to front elevation in timber. (painted to match existing.)
