T1 Sycamore Cut back to allow 1.5 - 2m clearance from the overhead telephone cableT2 Ash Reduce overhanging limb back towards the boundary line by up to 4m (to large upright growth point).T3 Ash Reduce the lateral growth overhanging the property by up to 3.5 - 4m towards the boundary line to suitable growth points (see illustrated image). Remove all dead branches. The aim here is to reduce the overall risk of large limb failure due to the close proximity to the cottage. Following these works annual monitoring of this tree will take place to assess the progress of Ash dieback.T5 + T6 Apple x 2 Remove regrowth back to the previous pruning points, remove all dead branches, thin crowns by up to 10%
