Description

This development comprises the erection of a garage within the established residential curtilage of East Grafton Farmhouse, to serve the existing dwellinghouse. The garage will measure 15.5m by 6.7m with a height of 2.4m to the eaves and 4m to the ridge. The materials will be brick plinth and timber weatherboarding under a slate tile roof. The details of the proposed development are shown on drawing no. 240503-03 (Design Scheme).
