Description

T1 Wellingtonia - Mulch around base 1.5m wide, 30mm deep. Aerial inspect and remove deadwood - (TPO reference - W/08/02420/TPO)G2 Mixed species (elder and laurel regen) - coppice to ground level. Remove dead stem on laurel with open cavity (see image). Lift remaining trees to 5m over access drive (not T4 see below for works).T3 Cypress - Crown raise to 3.5m see image.T4 Portuguese laurel - Large open cavity in stem - cut to 1.2m in height.T5 Holly - Dead - Fell to ground level.G6 Mixed species - scrub in front of yews - cut to ground level. Lift lowest branches on yews to 2m, prune off epicormic growth and clear ivy. To clear line of sight to of antisocial behaviour. (From T5 to T7)T7 Yew - Crown raise on library side to main branch above steps, remove dead stubs up to 2.5mBurnt Trees (Yew and Pine) – No works currently required as their conditions are being monitoredT8 & T9 - Dead stems - Remove.T10 Plum - Crown raise by removing low lateral back to the union, reduce down second stem by 3m to suitable growth point.T11 Holm Oak - Check the bracing system, loosen bracing where required – Email findings and recommendations.G12 Mixed species – Partly overlaps G6 - Lift branches over access drive to 5m.
