Description

To rake out cracked mortar joints and repoint. Add larger toothing rubble stone to span cracks. Add threaded stainless steel bar in mortar joint, bed in lime mortar. Timber lintel bearing to be raked out and packed with lime mortar. Scarf in new structural timber to replace degraded sections of timber. A new bearing for a vertical timber element of a rubble stone to be instated. Remove previous mortar infill patch repairs and replace with toothed in brickwork. End section of fascia will be replaced with like for like timber. Out of plumb quoining blocks will be removed and re-laid vertical. The mortar infill block will be replaced with rubble stone. Downpipe will be reattached with stainless steel fixings.
