Description

Proposed works include lifting and setting aside double roman profiled concrete roof tiles and half round concrete ridge tiles (salvaging as much as possible), Replacing timber batons and bitumen roof felt on a like for like basis. Replacing Lead valley gutters and abutment flashings on a like for like basis. An inspection of the roof truss will be needed to establish the condition to do repairs.
