EIA screening opinion to determine whether theconstruction of the proposed development on a site of 10.67 Ha for up to 150 dwellings (Use Class C3), employment space (Use Class E), open space, vehicular access (in the form of a 4-arm roundabout), landscaping, sustainable drainage systems and associated infrastructure (hereafter referred to as the ‘proposed development’) constitutes EIA development and whether an Environmental Statement (ES) is therefore required to accompany the planning application.
