T1 Magnolia - Crown reduce, prune from tips inwards up to 1-2 meters off height and sides, to maintain at reasonable size.T2 Ginko - Crown reduce, prune height from tips downwards by up to 6 meters to suitable points (previous pruning points) Reduce sides selectively to balance, to maintain at reasonable size.T3 Magnolia - Crown reduce, prune from tips downwards height by up to 2-3 meters, prune sides by 1-2 meters to balance and shape, to maintain at reasonable size.G4 Group of trees and shrubs on boundary consisting of Laurel, Hazel, Yew and Thuja.
