Refurbishment works including roof replacements, new flat roof structures, parapet reconstruction using existing stone blocks, rainwater goods replacement, external cladding replacement, new cladding over parts of existing hangar door openings, window lintel repairs, windows replacement, internal and external doors replacement, new sectional insulated vehicular entrance doors, refurbishment and stacking of existing steel hangar door leaves, strip out and replacement of internal finishes, construction of new protected fire escape corridor, formation of new entrance lobbies, formation of new internal plant room.Demolition of small single storey extensions. Strip of internal finishes from stone walls exposed due to demolitions and cleaning and re-pointing of these walls.New external roof access ladders and secure ground-level enclosures, resting platforms and permanent roof edge protection.Strip out and replacement of all ablutions and welfare fittings.New bollard protection to vehicle entrance doors.Strip out and replacement of all mechanical & electrical services installations.New external channel drainage adjacent to gable elevations.
