Description

Replacement of double-glazed windows with bi-folding doors and 2 new windows to the south-east face of Albany PH. New external walk-in freezer in rear courtyard area. Demolition of ramp leading to fire exit with a new ramp on opposite side of platform. Internal refurbishment to existing Albany PH including new staircase and bar area.
