Description

Replace hoppers with larger capacity hoppers with overflow to match existing. Remove elbow from downpipe to allow straight downpipe from parapet gutter. Installation of secondary glazing. Remove damp affected gypsum plaster internally and replace with insulated, breathable wall system. Core drill penetrations for extract fans in the bathroom and kitchen.
