Description

Replacement of existing conservatory which will involve the removal of the existing conservatory roof and the link to the conservatory. The conservatory will be rebuilt on the same footprint with solid walls clad with vertical modified timber with a traditional 'charred' finish in anthracite/black. The roof will be a profiled sheet metal with rolled joints in black/anthracite. Ventilation will be from 2x velux style flat roof double glazed rooflights in clear glass. Bi-fold UPVC full height glazed doors (6 panels) will provide light and access to the garden from the south elevation. Enclosure of external porch which will involve the building of exterior walls on the two currently open sides with costwold rubble clad sides to match existing property elevations.
