Also to reduce seeds germinating into thatch (see Thatchers report) T2- Sycamore, reduce by up to 2m house-side of Sycamore away from thatch T2- Sycamore, Reduce lower limb by up to 50%, remove 2 smaller branches back to main stem, and lift remaining canopy by 1 metre
