Non Material Amendment to PL/2021/09567 -It is proposed that a phasing drawing (Outline Layout Phasing Plan – 21232/SK18 is added to condition 6, with a new condition 6a, reading as follows: No development other than Phase 1 shall be commenced unless and until details of a scheme which demonstrates that the residential development permitted shall not have an adverse effect on the integrity of the River Avon Special Area of Conservation in respect ofphosphate loading has been submitted to and approved by the Council. The scheme shall thereafter be implemented as approved.
