Description

Replace uPVC, asbestos cement and corroded elements of cast iron rainwater goods with cast aluminium. Replace modern polycarbonate rooflight to internal roof with reproduction timber octagonal double glazed rooflight. Replace rotten skylight to internal roof with reproduction timber double glazed rooflight. Replace existing lead roof coverings with new lead to internal roof. Replace cement/sand and plain roof tile hips with new in lead. Remove post-war tiled fireplace in lounge with reproduction late Victorian timber/stone surround and stone hearth
