Description

Class R - The Building, which is constructed of a Steel Portal frame, concrete walls and close yorkshire boarding cladding above, Roller shutter door and concrete Floor and apron, is currently used as a temporary grain store. At other times of the year it is used for storage of machinery, seeds and fertiliser as well as other sundry farm items. The proposal is a change of use for the building from agriculture to a flexible commercial use in accordance with Class R of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development)(England) Order 2015.The extent of the building is shown edged red on the attached plan and the curtilage is shown hatched green
