T1. Mature Leylandii conifer. height approx. 7 metres, crown spread approx. 4 metres. Reduce height by around 3 metres, and reduce overhang to driveway below by around 1.5 metres.T2. Mature twin-stemmed hawthorn tree. Height approx. 4 metres, crown spread 2 metres. Fell to ground level to allow the higher quality hornbeam tree to thrive.T3. Semi-mature Cupressus macrocarpa. Height approx. 2 metres, crown spread approx. 3 metres. Fell to ground level and replant with shrubs.T4. Mature flowering cherry tree. Height approx. 3 metres, crown spread approx. 3 metres. Cut back overhang to church entrance path, removing branch ends around 1 metre in length, leaving pruning cuts of no more than 1.5 cm in diameter.Trees T3 and T4 stand in the front garden of number 15, Calcutt St, which is owned by Mr Ben Threlfall, who is the son of the applicant, and has authorised him to deal with all aspects of this application.
