Description

The following work is general tree management and maintenance on our property.There are a number of large trees on the boundary between Hopcrofts and #247, where the boundary is close to both properties.In summary we request approval for the following work (a detailed description is attached with photos and plan):1) Reduction of Beech tree by 4 meters, ensuring clearance to the chimney on #2472) Reduction of Conifer by 6 meters, to reduce the hazard of power and phone line disruption. The cables run through the conifer.3) Reduction of spindle Berry bush to re-establish it as part of the boundary hedge.4) Removal of 2 self-set Sycamore trees that are growing through the more established beech tree.5) Reduce an Oak by 4 meters.
