Sketch showing position of self seeded Horse Chestnut tree, approx. 8-10 years old, located inside boundary of Fairfax House where low overhanging branches onto neighbouring property are requested to be reduced to prevent obstruction to garden and facilitate garden maintenance. Removal of the lower branches has been discussed with the owner of the land where the tree is located at Fairfax House and provided agreement to the removal of their branches. Request is in keeping with other branch removal of trees within SN15 2NN, e.g. outside frontage of Fairfax house having been previously approved.
