Description

This application is to now vary condition 2 which was attached to the original permission in 2010. Condition 2 states ‘the accommodation hereby permitted shall not be occupied by any person for a period exceeding 8 weeks in any year, nor for a period exceeding 4 weeks at a time, with no return within 4 weeks.’Following the CLUED being issued, this condition is no longer enforceable or relevant to Badger Sett and Owl House. Therefore, this application seeks to vary the condition to be reworded to state ‘for Curlew Cottage Only’. Curlew Cottage being the third unit and is the only remaining holiday let at the site as Badger Sett and Owl House are now lawful as independent residential units.
