NMA application relating to PL/2022/09703 (Demolition of existing conservatory and erection of single storey rear extension.) Change in the external walling material of the extension. Original scheme allowed for red brick, though the proposal is now to use blockwork, with a through-coloured 'white' render finish. In addition the client would like the windows to be in anthracite colour, as opposed to white.
