Description

Replace white PVC door to extension with traditional style and kitchen door and two back doors like for like. Replace Central Valley gutter between the two roofs. Re render the whole property in a lime rendering. Internal alterations to include uncovering three original fireplaces, restore the original wood floors, modernisation of kitchen, install a wet room and replace the toilet and basin. Install an oil heating system using the 250litre oil tank already installed. Replace Septic tank
