Description

Reordering of first floor partitions and works to ground floor walls and floors to achieve enhanced fire, acoustic and thermal performance. Renewal of failed ground floor east cell ceiling structure using traditional timber framing techniques. Provision of external measures to manage ground water saturation to west and north elevations. Reduction of external ground levels to north and south elevations to mitigate wall saturation.
