Description

Remove the chimney within the 1960s fabric which has consent for demolishing and rebuilding in facsimile. The proposal would replace the chimney with a new window at first floor level and a new door at ground floor level. Change the existing north door on the ground floor adjacent to the chimney into a window. Remove the partition to the first floor corridor to open up the first floor landing. Removes the nib wall to the scullery to introduce a new glazed screen.
