Description

Single storey ground floor extension to the front of the property. This will allow for a small porch area and larger living room, bringing the existing front door forward and two new windows in the living room with removal of the existing bay window. There is currently a lean-to roof spanning the bay window and front door. My proposal is to fill this in spanning the length of the house and the width of 1.2 metres. All materials used will match existing, this includes bricks, roof tiles and window finishing.
