Description

Alterations to existing building that includes: replacement of existing roof covering with slate, retaining existing slate where appropriate, removal of redundant chimney stack, replacing flat roof areas with single ply membrane, new guttering and downpipes, new timber cladding to front of building, a new opening and door for a proposed fire exit, altering a window opening to create a new door opening, new external aluminium and glazed doors, new community glazing and doors and new community extension, as well as other minor alterations. External proposals include a new vehicular barrier, a new bin store, a new cycle store, two electric vehicle charging points, a new external ramp to a new proposed fire exit, alterations to parking arrangements and removal of existing boundary wall and construction of a new post and wire fence with local provenance hedges planted either side as well as other minor alterations.
