Description

Removal of inferior block built utility room and timber frame boot room, replacing both with oak porch structures, re-locating the utility room services into the core structure of the house, opening back up a door that was previously filled in and filling in a newer door to create a better flow to the rear of the house, remove a circular window at the rear of the house and replace with wood framed rectangular windows in fitting with the rest of house, remove a spiral staircase and re-instate the ceiling of the room, raise the top frame of an existing door to increase the height of the doorway, creating en-suite bathroom in existing bedroom at back of house (part of the original barn), linking the plumbing to the existing water system and soil pipes at the rear of the house, remove rear shower room and create new boot room at the rear of the house
