Description

This proposal covers the demolition of internal walls to create an open plan kitchen/diner, reconfiguration of existing staircase and construction of walls to enclose the new stair. Current floor coverings will also be replaced as will the plasterboard ceilings. The new open plan room will be rewired to current standards with new wiring and fittings. The existing radiators will be also be replaced using existing pipework where possible.
