Description

Plan to remove 5 20-year old Ash trees that were planted in the Llewellyn-Palmer's field immediately behind Long Acre. They are located at the end of a long set-aside strip of trees that run the length of the Long Acre property. Given that the field is up a bank, around 6 feet higher than Long Acre house, the trees have now grown to such a size that they are overshadowing the house when the leaves come out, and in particular the solar panels that were installed on the roof 10 years ago, preventing the generation of electricity from many of the panels. Mr Mike Llewellyn Palmer has given us permission to remove these 5 trees, subject to Planning Permission. Re-planting of the 5 ash trees is not planned.
